Welcome to my video series “Bodyhacks”. Bodyhacks are small exercises that allow you to align your mind and your body in order to get into a desired state, both emotionally and mentally. This can broadly go in three directions: (1) to help you relax and get rid of stress; (2) to focus, i.e. to gain clarity about what is important to you and what you want to achieve); and (3) to mobilize energy to achieve your goals.
