…and consequently of making better decisions that impact positively on your leadership role. Coaching integrates two perspectives: the client’s professional role and the client’s personal drivers and values.

Embodiment focus

I strongly believe that our minds and our bodies are integrated and mutually affect each other. Leaders and organisations are now gradually acknowledging this. As a result, my coaching includes awareness and activation exercises to strengthen clients’ self-empowerment skills.

I work in two ways: face to face in my office close to Kurfürstendamm in Berlin-Charlottenburg or in a setting that combines online with in-person sessions.
