My coaching understanding: Leadership Embodiment
I strongly believe that our minds and our bodies are integrated and mutually affect each other. Leaders and organizations are now gradually acknowledging this. For my coaching this means:
- Connect with yourself, with others, and with the situation.
- Develop awareness of external demands and of your own needs, values, and goals.
- Create clarity about your leadership purpose.
- Identify paradox and find new ways to manage them.
- Set priorities and make clear decision: Say YES and NO.
- Provide a safe space to prototype new behaviours.
- Transform on all levels: Beliefs, emotions, and skills.

How does it work: Building a trustful relationship
I usually work in a hybrid setting: intensive face-to-face sessions in my office near Kurfürstendamm in Berlin-Charlottenburg combined with crisp remote sessions.
